Taking down the existing fascia, soffit and guttering to the front, side and rear elevations of the property.
Fitting new top quality uPVC, soffit boards to the bottom of the roof rafters using polytop nails as recommended by the manufacturers.
Fitting 10mm plywood backing boards to the ends of the roof rafters using wire nails.
Fitting new top quality uPVC, fascia boards, these to be nailed to the backing boards using polytop nails as recommended by the manufacturers, spacings to be approximately 24" apart.
Colours available for fascia and soffit are white, black and woodgrain effect, WHITE will be fitted unless otherwise instructed.
Fitting new top quality maintenance free heavy duty uPVC plastic gutter all brackets to be screwed and not nailed.
Manufacturers recommend 39" (1m) spacing between brackets but we fit ours at approximately 30" (0.76m) for extra support to your guttering, fitted using string lines and spirit levels, then water testing to ensure the correct flow.

Colours available for gutter and pipe Black, Grey, Brown and White BLACK will be fitted unless otherwise instructed.

Erecting a lightweight staging to the front and rear main elevations for access to the concrete guttering.
Pushing back the bottom row of tiles where necessary to expose the rear upstand of the gutter, cleaning and drying out the concrete guttering and sealing any splits found using aluminium flashings.
Coating the internal sections of the concrete guttering using a spirit based weather seal.
Taking off the existing sheeting to the conservatory roof.
Denailing the rafters and sweeping clean.
Fitting glazing bars to the rafters or self supporting glazing bars.
Fitting new conservatory roof sheeting.
The new sheets to be fixed down using screws and washers as recommended by the manufacturer.
Using an angle grinder to cut a groove into the wall and fitting a new lead flashing, using wedges to hold the lead in place and then sealed using a weather proof silicone sealant to make water tight.
Once the lead has been fitted it will be cleaned using Patination Oil to protect the lead.
